Cutting

We work with CNC laser technology and use among others the 4 KW laser cutting machine TruLaser 3030 (Video).

All punchable materials are processed into blanks with our Trumpf Trumatic 2000. In addition, beading, gills, nozzles and embossing are also possible.

Forming

We edge complex sheet metal assemblies (max. width: 4,000 mm, 230 t) with minimum tolerances on several CNC machines. The fully automated tool changer makes us particularly flexible and efficient.

Our CNC profile bending machine forms round and oval tubes with the highest precision – even 3-dimensionally. The variable axis spacing and a modular tool system enable optimal adaptation to the profiles to be bent. Splines (sequence of different bending radia) are also possible thanks to CNC path control.

For tube bending, we work with different machines and process all tube diameters from 6 to 180 mm.

Welding

Certified welders with modern welding equipment as well as a welding robot enable precise production of even complex parts or assemblies. Our specialist welding staff are trained, certified and continuously checked. The area of welding technology is supervised by a welding engineer and several in-house welding specialists.

As a certified welding company, we cover all common welding processes (TIG, MIG, MAG, E, spot and stud welding). We carry out laser welding work in cooperation with authorised partner companies.

Assembly of components

We deliver ready-to-install assemblies to our customers. For this purpose, we procure all necessary purchased parts at the completion date, from simple machined parts including 3D milling technology to electrical components. In addition, we work with reliable partner companies to implement almost any coating up to complete coating systems such as anti-slip surfaces.

Subsequently, all subassemblies and components are finally assembled into a complete assembly. If desired, these can be tested internally or externally according to test specifications.
