With 90 new build and refit orders for large yachts over 90 m, we are a well-known supplier in this segment. The key to success is very good employees who enjoy the product and have the ability to work independently and in lean teams to produce a wide variety of parts to the highest yacht standard.

For the further expansion of our yacht equipment division, we are looking for the next possible date:

Experienced metal worker (m/f/d) for the production and assembly of large yacht equipment

You are a real expert in working with stainless steel and aluminum and would like to realise unique products with your skills. You appreciate independent and flexible work with a love of detail and bring with you the necessary willingness to take responsibility, initiative and organisational talent.

Your tasks:

  • Manufacture and assembly of superyacht components in stainless steel and aluminium

  • Complete measurements at the shipyard

  • On-board assembly including discussions with customer representatives

  • Writing of assembly reports

  • Quality control

You are / have / can / want:

  • Skilled worker or master craftsman certificate in metal construction, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering or comparable as well as relevant professional experience

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Flexible, resilient and reliable

  • Car driving licence

  • Knowledge of grinding and polishing stainless steel (advantageous, not required)

  • Knowledge of English and German

  • are from “easy” to “challenging” – depending on your abilities

You are / have / can / want:

  • a completed apprenticeship or comparable qualification – career changers from other metalworking fields are also welcome
